Excellent overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with unbeatable and excellent location in Provincetown close enough to the wonderful Provincetown restaurants, the great bars, restaurants, and shops Ptown has to offer and the highlights. Reasonably priced and extremely pleasant units by a lovely fireplace. Variety of options, great food.

Historic building and rooms in a lovely nautical style. Amazing and wonderful breakfast and a wide array of goodies. Awesome location close enough to restaurants, art galleries and other shops, the Cape and shops, only 5 minutes walk from Commercial Street. Also, to events in the area that we might enjoy.

The room was newly remodelled and reasonably priced, but best of all was garden view. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served. The location was unbeatable and absolutely incredible, at a moderate distance from Pilgrim Monument.

The location, right off the common area, was perfect for me to easily explore the nearby events and art galleries. It was also conveniently situated in a quiet area, allowing me to truly relax and unwind. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, from the cozy sitting area to the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV that provided entertainment during my downtime.

This place is perfect for adults seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. While families are welcome, I would recommend it more for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave me great recommendations for things to do in this city, especially places to eat. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning during my stay. All in all, it was a great experience.

We had a cozy room off the lounge area, which was perfect for our stay. The ambiance was homely and comfortable. We loved waking up to the smell of freshly baked muffins and doughnuts made by Robin. The hosts, Robyn and Audrey, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. They even provided us with cheese and crackers upon arrival. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. Despite visiting "out of season," we had a great time exploring and relaxing at Admiral's Landing. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a wonderful stay.
